We tend to go for the soft sell here at Spaceworks. Yes, we talk about a friendly shared office space ideal for part time self-employed people looking to escape their bedroom. And yes, we talk about flexible deals, someone to go with the pub with, wireless, printer and so on. But, we realise we have not been making enough of the ongoing offer we have for all new sharers.
