Spaceworks is based in Harland Works on John Street. It's a fully set up office with plug-in broad band, wifi and printer so you can just turn up with your laptop in office hours, plug yourself in, and get working.

It's designed to be a friendly work environment, equipped with what you need to get on with your work and escape from other distractions.

Members have access to home comforts: you can help yourself to tea and coffee (and biscuits) or bring up a snack from the Harland Cafe downstairs.

If you'd like one, you can have use of a locker to leave stuff in between visits. For those who find it useful, we can also offer a mailbox and use of Spaceworks as a business address.

Out of office hours, members can book Spaceworks for group and business meetings, parties and workshops.

Spaceworks caters for freelancers, small business owners and charities or community groups who need access to affordable and flexible fully serviced office and meeting space. We have a range of packages on offer, including term time/holiday only packages - choose the one that fits you best.

All our packages offer easy in easy out terms so you can choose to use us when it suits you best.
