Spaceworks offers flexible, affordable access to fully serviced office, meeting and event space to freelancers, small business owners, community groups and charities. All packages are offered on easy in easy out terms so you won't be tied in to paying for services you don't need. We also offer term time/holiday time only packages for working parents who need to be around for/escape from their school age children.

Spaceworks Member – full time £150 pcm
Turn up with your laptop and mobile anytime 24/7 and plug in to get on with your work.
Basic package includes: use of a fully serviced office 24/7, Spaceworks wifi, free tea and coffee and use of printer, and tickets to Harland Works Programme events.
Extras available include: bookable meeting space, post box, locker, storage facilities.
Spaceworks Member – part time £80 pcm
For those who don’t want to be at the office everyday!
Basic package includes: use of a fully serviced office Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 9am-5pm, Spaceworks wifi, free tea and coffee and use of printer, and tickets to Harland Works Programme events.
Extras available include: bookable hot desks at other times, bookable meeting space, post box, locker, storage facilities.
Day pass – £10 per day
If you need desk space less often or you’d like to try Spaceworks for a day before paying a monthly fee, day passes are available. This includes £3 lunch credit with the Harland Cafe.
